Sherry DeBord
Sherry, with 36 years of experience as an attorney, has dedicated over 22 of those years to mediating disputes. Her expertise spans a broad range of areas, including civil, commercial, family law, juvenile law, and personal injury. Sherry has participated in hundreds of mediations, serving either as the mediator or representing clients as their attorney. Her deep knowledge and extensive experience make her adept at guiding parties towards effective and equitable resolutions. Sherry and her husband Jay have been married 26 years. Jay is a rancher in north central Oklahoma.
Traci Brillhart-Flowers
Traci brings extensive experience from the energy sector, where she has worked across both oil and gas, as well as renewable energy industries. Her expertise lies in negotiating between landowners and energy companies, consistently achieving favorable outcomes for all parties involved. Leveraging her mediation skills, Traci has successfully facilitated agreements on lease terms, pricing, and buy-outs. She has also adeptly mediated disputes between contractors and companies, ensuring fair and effective resolutions. Traci and her husband, Charlie Flowers, have been married 15 years and live in the Texas panhandle.
